SHIPPING POLICY
Made to Order
Most Iron Ice products are made to order. This allows us to offer premium apparel and team-branded merchandise without carrying unnecessary inventory.
Production & Fulfillment
Orders typically require time for production before they are shipped. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, availability, and time of year.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time begins after your order has completed production. Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $100 where offered. Expedited shipping does not shorten production time.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
Products in the same order may occasionally be produced or fulfilled separately. As a result, you may receive more than one package for a single order.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Iron Ice within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue when applicable.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. Contact us if additional assistance is needed.
Team Store Orders
Team-branded products are produced specifically for each customer. Production and delivery times may vary during high-volume periods, team launches, holidays, tournaments, and the beginning of hockey seasons.
