Read Logo & Brand Authorization Terms

1. Authorization & Ownership
You represent that you are an authorized representative of the organization and have authority to grant Iron Ice permission to use the submitted logos, marks, and brand assets for the production, marketing, and sale of custom merchandise.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
The organization owns the submitted materials or has obtained the permissions, licenses, and clearances necessary to authorize their commercial use. You represent that the authorized use of these materials will not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Permission to Iron Ice
The organization grants Iron Ice permission to reproduce, display, modify as reasonably necessary for production, and use the submitted brand assets in connection with the organization's Iron Ice team store and associated merchandise.

4. Indemnification
The organization agrees to indemnify and hold Iron Ice harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the organization's lack of authority to grant the permissions represented in this authorization, subject to applicable law.

5. Quality Control
Iron Ice may refuse or modify designs that do not meet production, quality, legal, or brand standards.

6. Authorization Record
Submission of this form constitutes the representative's electronic acknowledgement of these terms and authorization for Iron Ice to proceed with the team store request.
